In conjunction with your chosen contractor and his sub-contractors, I will prepare a complete plan set and take care of plan submission for obtaining permits for both residential and commercial projects. Included in my fee is the processing of revisions or corrections to the plan set from the associated city in which your project is taking place. My fee does not include city imposed fees for plan check and permit fees, engineering fees, grading permits, landscape permits, septic systems, fire alarms or title 24 certification. I offer consultation throughout the permitting and building process to aid the expeditious completion of your project.
